Median and Mode (Even Number of Values)
POINT
For an even number of data values, arrange them in ascending order and take the mean of the two middle values to find the median. The mode is the value that appears most often.
EXAMPLE
Find the median and mode of the following data.
7, 2, 3, 1, 3, 5, 5, 9, 8, 3
1, 2, 3, 3, 3, 5, 5, 7, 8, 9
